well....i recommend 4-2-3-1

formation: DR,DL,DC,DC,MC,MC,AMR,AML,AMC,FW with DR and DL pointing upwards (1 step) try use the DK4231 normal settings and set each of the players accordingly (player instructions)i.e. goalkeeper set gk instrution,
forward set striker instruction and so on but set "defensive midfld" for both of the MC positioned players

for team instruction.. mark all except for playmaker and target man

*well, i use it on chelski and gone consecutive 55 matches straight wins in 1st season

GK- p.cech or j.meira?? (not sure...a 21years old gk from villareal)
DR- p.ferreira
DC- j.terry or g.gallas
DC- c.chivu or r.cavalho
DL- w.bridge
MC- de rossi
MC- f.lampard or j.baptista (better)
AMR- mancini (superb)or joaquin
AML- d.duff (superb) or a.robben
AMC- w.sneidjer or j.cole
FW- f.cavenaghi or robinho
