try to get 17-18.. i always feel 19 is too old.. anyway like richly said, get a passable trainer with poor leadership.. change to a solid trainer when you can afford it.. as for your specialists.. hmmm.. here's what i think a newbie can afford.. GK coach : 1 Asst coaches : 6 Spokesperson : 1 Physios : 1 Psychologists : 1 when you can afford it, below is what it should look like in my opinion.. GK coach : 1 Asst coaches : 9 Spokesperson : 5 Physios : 5 Psychologists : 3 well, that's a conservative figure.. i have 10 spokesperson, 10 physios and 5 psychologists.. but that's just me.. Points to note: 1) GK coach + Asst Coaches added together can never amount to more than 10.. 2) don't hire doctors unless your players are injured.. and you should hire no more than 10.. 3) economists are useless.. just forget about them.. same thing.. no more than 10.. 4) Like doctors & economists, you should never hire more than 10 spokesperson, physios or psychologists. 5) Spokesperson helps increase sponsor mood, thus more sponsorship.. Physios help prevent injuries, Psychologists help to keep the team confidence up.. and please.. do not invest in your youth squad.. until you've got your required trainees.. until you've gotten your solid coach.. until you're making biweekly profit.. yeah.. that's abt all the preaching that i've got to do..
