FYI - they won several projects, one of which is a 300million township with the Libyan government (under their real estate solutions division).

Read up their news release on the home page to find out more.

define your own px because valuation is subjective and that you only know yourself (your own profile) - either you a trader or investor. If you need to, refer to broker reports as benchmark estimates ONLY.

Keppel Land is already in my pot long time back Smile Again, my own personal foresight is on properties when the crisis started. After all, its about the global housing meltdown - buy when it's at low!

No one will know but people can forecast with mixed views on market consolidation/correction!

No comments on cosco or midas.

I personally feel that both Cosco & Midas will be a good buy especially Cosco. Gd trading volume and has been on the raise for the last few day.

No....S-REITS = Singapore listed REITS

Under listed REITS in SGX include Suntec Reits, CapitalCommercial Trust, Fraser, Cambridge, Ascendas etc.

Each of them focuses on different property rental collection (i.e. warehousing and industrial, retail, office) or a mix of both.

About 90% of rental collection goes back to unitholders like you and me if you bought any of them.

Bro, you trading the 'financial market' but 'looking at ppl outside lose job + life etc etc'

What is the co-relation there for 'life'?

Job lost is normal after a crisis, employment is a lagging indicator does will not reflect current market condition. Remember market is always ahead of fundamentals if you know what I mean.

By the time you see a balance its too late.

Cheers, all e breasts.

midas is worth going in. i expect it to go up to 1.2 by year end. and hopefully so.
cosco can try abit, if you are prepared to hold for a long period of time.
