  		You have done well in the game. Our clean sheet is still preserve till now.

But For the last game, i implore all to defend till the last min as we had gotten into some situations which if the opponent took their chances well, some of the one on one chances would have resulted in a goal.

Right now we have reduce our chances for others to score at us. So the only part is our defence.

The attacks had been coming from us in many directions but we lack the discipline to shoot on sight that is why we only had 3 goals from a possible 7 shots which should had been capitalised.

I don wanna comment on our adminstration for some players, being late is fine by me but being late with no urgency is really a bad frame of mind to have. If you are thinking that i would tolerate such ignorance, i implore you to reconsider your actions cos if i see such attitude again, then you will be benched.

The players who litter the place, you are no better than a brat who is lack of discipline. YOU are SHARKS and not any normal person. If You don think so then nobody in the team would believe that we are capable of taking our game to the next level.

If you wanna behave like a team with no proper discipline then i believe i am not the man for this job. I really respect ppl who put in effort week in and out. I had tried to input some proper system to bring us to higher standards than a social team but each time i am brought back to reality with some of your attitude.

I try to come into many ways to say all this but there is really no better ways for me to put it to all of us.

Pls try to improve not for teh sake of yourselves but for the team as a whole.
