It seems like i could not chat in my team Shoutbox now, i am unable to type anything in it. Previously it is okay.

I understand only leaders, co-leaders and admins are able to delete comments posted in Shoutbox.

But can you pls tell me, is it only for team members that are not leader or co-leader that able to chat in the Shoutbox?

Or is there are some other rules that i had miss seeing/knowing?
