Bro out there currently my Lenovo Desktop comes with factory partition C Drive and D Drive, currently my C drive is 50gb and my D drive is 400gb. but the problem is I run out of disk space for my C drive and can't update my Windows 7 Sp1. Even Though i delete most of the program install in my C drive is still have insufficent space. Is there anyway that i can repartition my drives,or any good idea other than reformat my HDD. Thanks

You can partition your C drive BUT there is a high chance that you will lose or corrupt your data. What I can suggest is that you backup your files into an external drive and then partition your HDD... Recommended space for C would be 100GB.
With that being said, the rest is up to you. Google for "Minitool Partition Wizard Home Edition". It is a freeware.
partition from bios more safety, but have to reinstall it's OS. back up important file first, then can partition to prevent lost important data
How do you do that? As far as I know, BIOS is only for motherboard operations. As I know, Windows partition (Drive C) can't take place while loaded, it has to be unmounted before being able to be partitioned due to security features to protect data. Is that what you meant ? Because you can't run operations outside the capability of the motherboard in BIOS.

set up when you turn on your pc/notebook. F2/F10/Del, depend on the unit system. but you will lose your data either on drive C or other drive if you partition other drive too. that's why you need to back up your file first. but your OS would got effect.

Yes, that is to enter the BIOS setting but how do you partition it from the BIOS ?
