But my TS still at calm since I pulled a clown last sat. After sun match & today update there's still no movement. Why dont you guys let me try for a week or 2 then update here whether there are changes in TS. In the conference they says without any skill clown can get USD 20+k min. Clown also dont require to play matches to have effect,as long your team got a clown he will make your team spirit goes up. Btw I have some semi clown players in my team too. (Pleasant & sympathy with solid leadership)

Then your TS will update at least 2 or 3 level. If your Main Coach not enuf leadership, then TS will downgrade 1 or 2 level after playing the next match. This is only my status, because my coach very weak. So we must find all the way to keep TS, because TS will effect your percentage keeping ball. Sure if 3 inner midfield also can effect it. Midfield: wretched/poor/weak (high) Another reason is controversial and Nasty Fellow also will effect TS. Maybe depend on their leadership and appearences. All only my prediction. Momoï¿½

If you play MOTS you will gain a substantial boost in team spirit and thus midfield during the match...however after the match the Team spirit will drop by a relatively greater amount thus resulting in a drop of approximately two/three levels...eg from content to irritated. Match of the Season (MOTS) and Play it Cool (PIC) are all about Team Spirit (TS) Management. The team spirit fell when he initially turned out not to get along very well with the others.) Thus my team's ts still stay at composed so confirmed that having a clown at your team really can mantain ts at composed level. Cheers

Nah inadequate coach is only slower to skills training only.
Should change to solid coach if you can afford.S$500+K
If cant afford passable will do.S$ 130+K
preferably at least passable trainer with poor in leadership.
