DJ MARKET TALK: Singapore Shares May Open Higher; IG Markets Eyes 3300 

0057 GMT [Dow Jones] Singapore's STI could open a tad higher despite a cautious lead from Wall Street, as traders took a breather from multiple sessions of gains. Weak U.S. housing market data also gives reason for caution, says IG Markets premium client manager Weiming Yang in a note. However, the STI is "making a slow and steady push towards another key milestone of 3300 points," writes Yang. The index ended Monday 0.1% higher at 3273.01, its highest close in five years
